南钢1050m^3高炉炼铁工艺设计特点

摘要 南钢1 050m^3高炉设计采用PW串罐无料钟炉顶、陶瓷杯、先进的炉体冷却系统、高风温改进型顶燃式热风炉、煤气干法除尘、TRT发电、明特法高炉水渣处理工艺等一系列的先进实用新技术。高炉投产后,利用系数已达2.804,入炉焦比432.9 kg/t,煤比134.9 kg/t,风温1 160℃。 A series of advanced and suitable new technologies were adopted in the design of Nanchang Steel' s 1050 m^3 BF, such as bell - less top from PW,ceramic cup, advanced cooling system of furnace stack, modified top combustion type hot air stove with high blasting air temperature, bag filter for gas cleaning, TRT, Mingte granulated slag treatment process of blast furnace, etc. After startup, the utilization factor of BF has reached 2. 804 with 432.9 kg/t coke ratio and 134.9 kg/t coal ratio as well as 1 160 ℃ blasting air temperature.
