小鼠肾脏发生发育中神经型一氧化氮合酶的定量分析

摘要 目的:对生后小鼠肾脏发生发育不同阶段中神经型一氧化氮合酶(nNOS)的表达进行定量分析,探讨nNOS在小鼠生后肾脏发育中的意义。方法:分别取新生(出生小于2h)、生后3、5、7、14、40天昆明小鼠各8只,共6组,用免疫印迹技术和光密度分析方法对各组小鼠生后肾神经型一氧化氮合酶进行定量检测,以测得的一氧化氮合酶最大量为1(100%),计算蛋白相对含量,SPSS10.0统计软件包统计分析。结果:新生组酶含量最高为100%,随年龄增长酶含量逐渐减少,至成年达到最低水平为44.8±2.4%。结论:这一趋势表明nNOS可能在小鼠生后肾脏发育的早期阶段起重要调节作用。
