血清唾液酸含量与肿瘤发生及转移关系的探讨

The Relation Between Serous Saliva Acid and Tumor Metastasis

应用化学比色法对60例正常人和138例肿瘤患者进行血清唾液酸水平总体分析，结果表明，正常对照组与各种肿瘤组相比差异非常显著（P＜0．01），证明血清唾液破水平升高与肿瘤发病有关,尤其与喉癌、胃癌转移的关系更为密切，建设动态观察血清唾液酸含量变化可预示肿瘤的复发、转移及预后。

Serous saliva acid(SSA) was issayed in 138 tumor patients and 60 normal persons by chemical colorimetric method. The results showed that there was a significant difference between the control and tumor groups (P <0. 01). The elevation of SSA levels were chosely correlated to the developing and metastasis of tumor. It seems that actively moniteting the change of SSA level may predict the recurrence, metastasis and prognosis of tumor.
