枸杞及其多糖对实验性四氧嘧啶糖尿病兔血糖的影响 被引量:7

The effect of Fructus Lycii and Its Polysaccharides on Reducing Blood Glucose in Alloxan Induced Diabetic Rabbits

摘要 从枸杞中获得了粗品枸杞多糖及其纯化组份枸杞多糖X,用医学序贯试验方法观察了枸杞及其多糖对实验性四氧嘧啶糖尿病兔血糖的影响.它们对糖尿病兔有明显的降血输作用,降糖有效率达100%,假阳性率分别为1%和5%.糖耐量曲有明显下移,经配对序贯试验比较,枸杞多糖X的降糖果优于粗品枸杞多糖,也优于枸杞原法.三者对正常小鼠血糖无影响.枸杞多糖是枸杞降血糖作用的有效成份. Raw product Lycium barbaum Polysaccharides (LBP) and its purified fraction LBP-X from Fructus Lycii (FL ) were obtained by extraction, ion-exchange cellulose and gel chromatography. The FL . LBP and LBPX were used to study their effects on reducing blood glucose with alloxan-induced diabetic rabbits. The effects were remarkable in reducing blood glucose with marked drop in the curve of glucose tolerance. In the paired sequential trials, LBP-X was better as compared with LBP and FL. LBP-X, LBP and FL but did not reduce blood glucose when the blood glucose levels were normal. It is concluded that the LBP and its component of purity LBP-X are effective elements in FL for reducing blood glucose.
