摘要
应用黄嘌呤氧化酶法和丙二醛法对32例结肠癌及癌旁组织中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性和自由基代谢产物过氧化脂质(LPO)含量测定,检测结果表明,结肠癌组织中SOD活性及LPO含量均高于癌旁组织及距离癌10cm组织(P<0.01),而结肠癌病人血清中SOD活性与正常对照组相比无显著性(P>0.05),但LPO含量两组间差异显著(P<0.05).提示,结肠癌发病可能是由于自由基代谢紊乱.引发DNA脱氢、断键发生畸变致癌.
The activities of superoxide dismutase(SOD) and the amount of Lipidperoxides (LPO) were detected in 32 cases of colon cancers and their surrounding tissues by using the method of xanthine oxidase and malonic di aldehyde(MDA). The results showed that the amount of SOD and LPO were higher in colon cancer tissues than in their surrounding tissues (P < 0.01 ). There was no difference about the activites of SOD in serum of colon cancer patients and in normal control group (P > 0. 05 ), but the amount of LPO between two groups were significantly different (P <0. 01 ). It was suggested that etiology of colon cancer were correlated with the metabolic disorders of free radicals which caused deoxidization and deforrnation of the DNA.
