摘要
进行了将磁控电弧技术应用于焊缝跟踪的研究。针对磁控摆动电弧自身的特点,在建立数学模型的基础上,利用Simulink结合编写的相关M文件建立了系统的MATLAB仿真模型;通过编写相关对象回调函数设计了仿真系统对应的图形用户界面(GUI),使用户的操作形象生动,且方便灵活;最后对相关参数的影响规律进行了仿真分析。为磁控电弧传感器的设计和建立磁控摆动电弧焊缝自动跟踪系统提供理论依据。
The technology of magnetic-control pendnlar arc applied to seam-tracking research in this paper.According to the characters of the pendular magnetic-control weld arc, the mathematic model was built, based on this MATLAB model was built by Simulink associated with M-files;Then the corresponding GUI was designed with the callback fimctions for objects,it has made the operation vivid and convenient;In the end,the main parameters that impact over simulation output was simulated and analysed,it provided academic foundation to the design of the magnetic-control pendnlar arc sensor and to the establishment of the pendular magnetic-control are seam-tracking system.
