System based on the LabVIEW for assessing the stability of GMAW-P welding process

GMAW-P焊接过程的稳定性对焊接质量有重要的影响,介绍了所选取的稳定性评估标准参数,使用LabVIEW建立了脉冲焊焊接过程稳定性评估系统,该系统可快速准确地评估GMAW-P焊焊接过程的稳定性并且动态显示和分析焊接过程。该系统为脉冲焊焊接质量实时在线控制奠定了基础。

In this paper the stability of the welding has a tremendous impact on the welding quality,the chosen monitoring paremeter for assessing the GMAW-P welding process are introduced,the assessing stability system for GMAW-P process has been built by using the LabVIEW,this system which can quickly and accurately give a estimate about the welding process stability and display the welding process by images has laid the foundation for the GMAW-P welding quality real-line control.
