摘要 针对埋弧焊送丝调速系统正向、反向运行和速度实时调节的特点,采用PIC16F874单片机研制成功了一种H桥式送丝调速系统。该系统将换向和调速功能集成在一起,能够快速、可靠地实现送丝速度的调节,克服了传统送丝调速系统电路设计复杂、响应速度慢等缺点。在程序设计中引入电枢电压负反馈配合电流正反馈的调节方式,使电机运行速度更加稳定;同时,专门设计了引弧和收弧子程序,不仅提高了引弧的成功率,而且避免了收弧时容易出现的焊接缺陷,使焊接过程更加稳定。 In this paper in order to satisfy the submerged arc welding wire feeder system's traits of real-time timing,forward and reverse run,a wire feeder system with H bridge circuit based on PIC16F874 SCM is designed.Run orientation change and timing functions are integrated together in this system,which overcomes the tradition wire feeder system's disadvantage of complex control circuit and longer response time.ln order to make motor run more smoothly, armature voltage negative feedback and current positive feedback are introduced in program design.And the same time,arc striking and stopping subprograms are designed.Not only arc striking succeed rate is improved, but also welding defaults are avoided during course of arc stopping,which make welding process more steadier.
