摘要
软开关逆变式电阻点焊电源是电阻焊电源领域研究的重要方向之一,设计了FB-ZVZCS-PWM变换器的主电路,通过校正隔直电容,使滞后臂实现ZCS;在相同规范条件下与传统的交流点焊机焊点做对比试验,验证了软开关逆变式点焊电源具有很高的热效率,系统输出电流平稳连续,加热过程平缓稳定,焊接过程中产生飞溅小,焊点压痕尺寸小,接头表面成形优良,能够满足逆变式电阻点焊电源的精密控制要求。
Soft-switch inverter spot welding power supply is one of the important directions in the studies of the resistance-welding field.The main circuit of FB-ZVZCS-PWM converter was designed in this paper.By the adjust of the block capacitor.the lagging leg can realize ZCS;Through the comparing technique experiments at the same normal parameters,the soft-switch inverter spot welding power supply is more efficiency,the output current is stable and continuous,the herring course is mild and stable,low spatter though weildng,the forming of surface is fine.Which could meet the precision need of the inverter-based resistance spot welding.
