The diagnosis and operation were investigated in 90 patients with spinal tumors.Early diagnosis is important to prognosis. Systematic examinations should be employed when thepatients are suspected with spinal tumor. MRI examination should be especially recommended.The choice of operative style must be determined according to the site, dimension and nature of le-sions.
