Power Altitude and China's Soft Power in Information Age

约瑟夫·奈的权力三纬度即文化和价值观、传媒、内政外交,是判断一个国家是否是软实力国家的标志。从这三个方面分析中国的软实力,可以得出这样的结论:和谐作为中国主导文化和价值观正获得越来越多的国家的认同,但还没有成为普遍性的全球规范;中国传媒已经成为国际传播中不可缺少的信息源和举足轻重的发言者,但对如何解释问题具有的影响力仍十分有限;中国内政外交的信誉度逐渐增强,但仍面临诸多困难。中国的软实力建设任重而道远。

Joseph Nye＇s three power altitudes, i.e. culture, media and diplomacy determine whether a nation has soft power or not. According to the three altitudes, China＇s soft power will be concluded as the following： the construction of harmonious society in China has been accepted by more and more countries in the world, but it hasn＇t become a global standard; China＇ s media is now a necessary information resource and decisive spokesman, but the influence on how to explain problems is limited; China＇s diplomacy enjoys high international prestige, but there are many difficulties to face yet. Therefore, there is still a long way to go to strengthen China＇ s soft power.
