4VVAS双模式发动机SI-HCCI燃烧模式过渡研究 被引量:1

摘要 提出一种可以实现SI/HCCI双模式运行的汽油机方案。将自行设计和研制的基于进排气门升程和相位等4个变量连续可变的HCCI(Homogeneous Charge Compression Igniton)汽油机缸盖安装在单缸试验机上,建立了4VVAS-HCCI汽油机原理性样机平台。通过在该平台上的试验研究,探索了HCCI/SI两种燃烧模式过渡过程的动态控制策略。结果表明:配备4VVAS(4 Variable Valve Actuaion System)缸盖的发动机,可以根据工况需要运行于HCCI或SI(Spark Ignition)燃烧模式;通过4VVAS系统对内部残余废气快速有效管理,可以完成HCCI-SI动态平滑过渡;由于热惯性的存在,从SI向HCCI燃烧模式过渡难于从HCCI向SI过渡;对燃烧模式过渡过程的控制可以归结为对残余废气率的动态管理和对混合放热率型线的设计。 A strategy to actualize the dual-mode (SI mode and HCCI mode) operation of gasoline engine was investigated. The 4VVAS (4 variable valve actuating system), capable of independently controlling the intake and exhaust valve lifts and timings, was incorporated into a specially designed cylinder head for a single cylinder research engine and a 4VVAS-HCCI gasoline engine test bench was established. The experimental research was carried out to study the dynamic control strategies for the transitions between HCCI and SI modes on the HCCI operating boundaries. Results showed that the engine could be operated in either HCCI or SI mode according to operating condition requirement. 4VVAS enables the rapid and effective controlling in internal residual gas and realizes the dynamic transitions between HCCI and SI. Due to thermal inertia, the transition from HCCI to SI is more easily to realize, compared with from SI to HCCI. Two major approaches can be applied in controlling the HCCI-SI transitions, they are, the dynamic management of residual gas and the setup of hybrid heat release model.
