摘要
文章简述数例可供"12V390E"主柴油机改造的遥控装置方案。对采用"伺服缸型电—气式"遥控方案的主机操纵系统重点描述,详尽分析操纵系统中"滑槽式曲柄、连杆机构"运动机理和结构构思,为"伺服缸型电—气式"遥控装置的可行性、合理性提供充分依据。文中对遥控气路系统性能失效的防范设计提出建议和警示,供船舶轮机制造业参考。
A few schemes of marine main engine remote control equipment for " 12V390E" diesel engine are summarized in this paper. A kind of main engine handling system, which adopted the electric - pneumatic remote control with servo cylinder, is described emphatically. The mechanizm principle and creating process of crank - linkage with slide is analyzed in detail. The feasibility and reasonality of electric-pneumatic remote-control with ser- vo cylinder is supported. Some safety precautions are suggested against pneumatic control system failure, which should be reference for the ship-repair enterprises.
