摘要
借助于Pro/Engineer软件建立了阶梯轴的三维参数化模型。然后将三维模型导入Pro/MECHINICA有限元分析软件中,对受拉状态下不同参数的阶梯轴的局部应力进行了有限元分析,通过对阶梯轴的参数——圆角半径R的灵敏度分析,给出了应力对圆角半径的敏度曲线。
Three dimensional parameter models of ladder shafts are buit with the aid of Pro/E.Then three dimensional parameter models are transmited to Pro/MECHINICA. Local stress of different parameter ladder shafts which bear pull are analyzed by making use of finite element method. Curves of the local stresses change along with circular bead radius or annulus radius R are obtained through sensitivity analysis about parameter R of ladder shaft.
