摘要
讨论了大吨位装置推移技术的问题和难点,提出用液压系统实现高炉壳体组装件的推移,成功地解决了将液压缸的有限行程转化为长距离拓展的难题,对液压缸的支撑座进行了设计计算,取得较好的实施效果。
This text discusses big tonnage device motivation technological problem and difficult points, puts forward the motivation of blast-furnace shell assemblage with hydraulic system, which successfully solve the difficult problem that limit stroke of hydraulic cylinder change into long distance development. The hydyaulic cylinder pedestal is designed through calculation, which has got better practical results.
