摘要
国家体育场屋盖钢结构跨度大,覆盖面积也大,受力非常复杂。为了对钢结构在卸载全过程中的应力变化进行监测,研制基于静态应变无线数据采集与传输的应力监测系统。该系统由传感器子系统、无线数据采集与传输子系统以及数据管理与分析子系统组成,其最大的特点是无需现场布线,所有指令和采集到的数据都采用无线数字信号进行传输,最大限度地降低了监测布点等工序与现场施工的相互影响。该系统在国家体育场钢结构卸载时得到了有效验证,并可推广应用到其他大型结构的施工监测。
The super long span steel structure of the National Stadium covers large area and bears complex loads. To monitor the stress of steel structure during over-all unloading, a Stress Monitoring System (SMS) based on wireless data acquisition and transmission platform of static strain was specially designed, which included sensor subsystem, wireless data acquisition and transmission subsystem, data management and analysis subsystem. The wireless feature is the most advantage of SMS. All the instructions and the acquired data were transmitted through wireless data signal, which could avoid the interaction between the SMS installation and the steel structure construction to the fullest extent. The SMS was validated effectively in the unloading of steel structure of the National Stadium and could be popularized to the construction monitoring of other similar large structures.
