摘要 介绍了超声加工的原理和特点,综述了国内外超声加工在陶瓷材料加工方面的应用研究,并对二维超声振动磨削加工技术在陶瓷加工中的可行性进行分析,为拓展超声加工应用领域与技术发展提供借鉴。 In this paper, the principle and characteristics of ultrasonic machining technology are introduced. The application situation of ultrasonic machining technology in ceramic material machining in domestic and foreigh are summarized. The potential feasibility of two- dimensional ultrasonic vibration grinding technology used in ceramic manufacturing field are analyzed and estimated, which offer some reference for the development of ultrasonic machining in the future.
