With the continuous development of market requirement diversification and global economy, the old running mode of the mechanical manufacture industry has not adapted to this rapid change. The appearance of public mechanical manufacture service has supplied a new way for the manufacture enterprise to fully utilize the global resource, rapidly feedback the market requirement and improve the competitive capability. Based on the system function requirement of MSP, this thesis explains the running environment and developing tool of MSP, and brings forward the system architecture of MSP.
