Considering at the Construction of Training System of Creative Intellectuals

高校育人的根本任务是培养创新型人才。创新型人才的培养主要靠知识学习体系和人格培养体系来实施。构建这两大创新型人才培养体系,应当采取多种策略。

The basic task of universities aims to train creative intellectuals which guaranteed by learning system and character training system. The two systems should be put in effect by various strategies.
