Graves病患者自我概念与家庭功能的相关性研究

Study in the self-concept and family fuction of patients with Graves＇ disease

目的探讨Graves病患者自我概念和家庭功能的关系。方法选用田纳西自我概念量表（TSCS）和家庭功能评定量表（FAD）分别对124例Graves病患者和120例正常人群组成的对照组进行调查，比较2组自我概念和家庭功能水平，并对Graves病患者的自我概念和家庭功能之间的相关性进行分析。结果Graves病患者的自我概念水平低于正常人群；Graves病患者的家庭功能（除行为控制）弱于正常人群，差异均有统计学意义，P〈O．05。Graves病患者自我概念与家庭功能之间存在正相关性。结论护理人员应重视对Graves病患者家庭健康教育工作，减少家庭功能不良对患者自我概念的影响。

Objective To study the relationship between the self-concept and family function in the patients with Graves＇ disease. Methods We investigated 124 patients with Graves＇ disease and 120 normal people as control using the Tennesee Self-concept Scale （TSCS） and the Family Assessment Device （FAD）.We compared the level of self-concept and family function in each group as well as the pertinence of the above two factors in the patients with Graves＇ disease. Results The level of self-concept and family function （except for behavior control） in the patients with Graves disease was lower than that in the normal people with statistically difference （P 〈 0.05）.Positive correlation existed between the above two factors in the patients with Graves＇ disease. Conclusion Nursing staff should attach importance to family health education and reduce the negative influence of ill family functions on self-concept in the patients with Graves＇ disease.
