摘要
合成了5-氯-N-亚水杨基乙醇胺希夫碱及其与铜(Ⅱ)的四种新螫合物,其组成与结构由元素分析、红外光谱和原子吸收所表征。初步抑菌试验表明这些化合物对多种细菌有明显的抑菌活性。
The chelates of 5-chloro-N-salicylidene ethanolamine Schiff base with Copper (Ⅱ)have been synthesized and characterized by elementary analysis,infrared spectra and atomic absorption. These chelates are new metal complexes of Schiff base type. They have been tested for their antibacterial activities. The results slowed that all the chelates displayed obvious antibacterial activities in the primary treatment of many types of bacteria.
