摘要
目的了解我国800~1000张床位的综合性医院护理人力资源配置现状,探讨护理人力资源合理开发与利用的对策,以提高护理服务的综合质量。方法应用自行设计的调查表对10所相同规模不同区域的综合性医院进行调查,了解护理人员的年龄、学历和职称结构,以及护理人员对自身职业的评价。结果护理人力资源不足,护士综合能力偏低,年龄、学历和职称结构不合理,自身职业评价不满意。结论建议根据不同的岗位、不同的年龄、学历和职称合理配置护理人力资源,达到最优化的组合,从而提高护理工作的质量与效率。
Objective To learn the current status of nursing human resources in the general hospitals with 800 - 1 000 beds and to investigate the strategy of rational development and utilization of nursing manpower in order to improve the overall nursing quality. Methods A self - designed questionnaire was used to investigate 10 general hospitals at different areas of China. Items included age, educational background, professional title etc. Results The nursing human resources were deficient. The general ability of nurses was lower. The infrastructures of nurses such as age, educational background and professional title were not rational. The self assessment of nurses was unsatisfactory. Conclusion Allocation of nursing human resource according to age, eductional background and title could improve nursing quality and efficiency.
