随着社会经济的发展,职务侵占犯罪近年来有愈演愈烈的趋势。统计数据表明,职务侵占等侵财类案件数占所有公安经侦部门管辖案件的20%以上、占公司犯罪的70%。因此,进一步研究职务侵占犯罪,加强对其的打击和防范已刻不容缓。文章对职务侵占犯罪的特点进行了分析并提出了防范对策,希望可以对打击当前的职务侵占犯罪起到一定的积极作用。

As social and economic development, the crime trends of job occupation in recent years have become increasingly rampant. Statistical data show that crimes against property such as job occupation eases accounted for more than 20 percent of all economic investigation cases and 70 percent of companies＇crimes. Therefore, it becomes urgent to further research job occupation crime, strengthen attack and prevention. The article analyzes the characteristics of job occupation crime and puts forward the preventive measures, and hopes to play a positive role in the fight against occupation crime.
