摘要
采用褶合光谱法，同时测定了复方汞溴红液中三组分的含量，平均回收率和RSD分别为：氯霉素99．97％，1．26％；磺胺嘧啶99．61％，0．33％；汞溴红99．64％，1．59％。
The convolution curve method was used for the simultaneous determination of three components in compound mercurochrome suspension without prior separation. The average recovery and the relative standard deviation were 99. 97%, 1. 26% for chloramphenicol and 99. 6%, 0. 33% for sulfadiazine and 99. 64%, 1. 59% for mercurochrome.
