以国际法为视角,对和谐世界的构建及中国和平发展的内涵加以剖析,指出中国的和平发展政策不仅有利于中国自身的良性发展,还有利于国际法的进一步发展和国际社会的稳定。

The paper analyzed the connotation of building harmonious world and peaceful development of China from viewpoint of international law. It pointed out that the peaceful development policy of China is not only helpful to China＇s development in itself, but also helpful to the further development of international law and stability of international community.
