Observation of Emperor Hanwu's reforming and renewing supervisory system from perspective of control theory

在阐述汉武帝改革和创新国家监察系统的基础上,运用控制论,通过构建系统模型和引入传递函数的系统分析方法,揭示汉武帝执政时期国家监察监控系统的结构特性及其功能。结果表明,刘彻毕生改革和创新国家监察系统,有效地增强了国家监察监控系统的安全功能,使其成为守成基业的根本保障,自有其独到的见解和科学性。

Based on the elaboration of Emperor Hanwu＇ s reforming and renewing national supervisory system, the paper revealed the structure characteristics of national supervisory system and its function during the period of Emperor Hanwu, by using the control theory, constructing the system model and applying the systematic analysis through introducing the transmit function. The results show that Liu Che spent all his life in reforming and renewing the national supervisory system, which reinforcing its security function efficiently. He made the national supervisory system become the primary assurance of his empery foundation, which demonstrated his original view and was quite scientific.
