摘要
目的建立治带片的苦参碱含量测定方法。方法采用薄层色谱扫描法,点样于硅胶H板上,以环己烷-乙酸乙酯-丙酮-浓氨试液(4∶6∶8∶0.5)为展开剂,以双波长反射吸收飞点扫描测定(λS=530nm,λR=620nm),外标法定量。结果苦参碱点样量在1～5μg范围内与峰面积线性关系良好,平均加样回收率为99.11%,RSD为3.70%。结论薄层色谱扫描法简单、快速、准确,可以有效控制治带片的质量。
Objective To estahlish a method for determining matrine in Zhidai Tablet by TLCS. Methods Using the dualwavelength thin layer scanning method,the sample was separated by using cyclohexane-ethyl acetate-acetone-NH3 （4：6：8：0.5） on the silica H plates. The plate was scanned at λS = 530 nm and λR = 620 nm. Results The content of matrine between 1 μg and 5 μg showed a good linearity with absorption integration. The average recovery rate rate was 99. 11%, RSD was 3.70%. Conclusion This method is dependable, simple, and easy to operate with accurate data.
