摘要 目的测定复方红景天口服液中红景天苷的含量。方法采用高效液相色谱法,色谱柱为Agilent HC-C18柱,流动相为乙腈-水(8∶92),检测波长为275nm,流速为1.0mL/min,柱温为20℃。结果红景天苷质量浓度在10.9~196.2μg/mL范围内与峰面积线性关系良好,r=0.9999(n=6),平均回收率为100.5%,RSD=0.01%(n=6)。结论该方法灵敏、准确、重现性好,可用于复方红景天口服液中红景天苷的含量测定。 Objective To determine salidroside in Compound Rhodiola Oral Solution. Methods Salidroside was determined by HPLC. The chromatographic method was carried out on Agilent HC-C18 column using acetonitrile-water (8:92) as the mobile phase, with the column temperature at 20℃. The detection wavelength was 275 nm, and the flow rate was 1.0 mL/min. Results There was a good linear relationship within the concentrations of salidroside at 10. 9 - 196. 2 μg/mL ( r =0. 999 9); and the average recovery rate was 100. 5% with RSD = 0.01%. Conclusion The method is sensitive, accurate, reproducible, and suitable for the quality control of Compound Rhodiola Oral Solution.
