复方氯霉素滴鼻液中冰片的质量控制方法

Quality Control Standard for Borneolum Syntheticum in Compound Chloramphenicol Nasal Drop

目的探讨复方氯霉素滴鼻液中冰片的质量控制标准。方法用薄层色谱(TLC)法鉴别冰片,用重量法测定冰片的含量。结果薄层斑点清晰,重现性好;冰片平均回收率为98.97%,RSD为1.12%。结论所用方法简便、准确,可有效控制复方氯霉素滴鼻液中冰片的质量。

Objective To study the quality control standard for Borneolum Syntheticum in Compound Choramphenicol Nasal Drop, Methods Borneolum syntheticum was identified by thin layer chromatography （TLC）, and the content of borneolum syntheticum was detemined by gravimetric method. Results The spots of TLC were fairly clear, the repeatability was good and the average recovery rate of borneolum syntheticum was 98.97% （RSD = 1.12% ）. Conclusion The method is simple, accurate and qualified for the quality control of borneolum syntheticum in Compound Choramphenicol Nasal Drop.
