杏丁注射液联合厄贝沙坦治疗2型糖尿病早期肾病41例

Xingding Injection Plus Irbesartan Treatment in 41 Patients with Type 2 Diabetes and Early Signs of Nephropathy

目的观察杏丁注射液联合厄贝沙坦治疗2型糖尿病早期肾病的疗效。方法79例早期糖尿病肾病患者分为治疗组(41例)和对照组(38例),两组均维持糖尿病原治疗方案不变并加用厄贝沙坦,治疗组在此基础上加用杏丁注射液,疗程为1个月。结果两组治疗前后24h尿微量白蛋白、β2微球蛋白、血压和全血低切有显著性变化,治疗组血浆黏度、红细胞压积、全血高切、纤维蛋白原治疗前后有显著性变化,治疗组和对照组相比较24h尿微量白蛋白、β2微球蛋白和血液流变学指标差异有显著性(P<0.05或0.01)。结论杏丁注射液联合厄贝沙坦治疗糖尿病早期肾病安全、有效。

Objective To observe the efficacy and safety of Xingding Injection plus irbesartan in treating the patients with type 2 diabetes and early signs of nephropathy. Methods 79 cases were divided into the treatment group and control group, Xingding Injection 20 mL, iv, qd for 1 month. Each patient of two groups received irbesartan 300 mg, qd, keeping up the routine therapy. Parameters were determined repeatedly. Results Blood pressure, blood viscosity values at low shear rates, β2- microglobulin and overnight urinary albumin excretion rate were persistently reduced significantly in two groups,but plasma viscosity values,hematocfit and fibrinogen were different significantly in the treatment group. Compared with the control group,overnight urinary albumin excretion rate,β2- microglobulin and hemorheological parameters had significant difference. Conclusion Xingding Injection plus irbesartan is effective and safe in treating the patients with type 2 diabetes and early signs of nephropathy.
