摘要
针对当前电解加工准备时间长,需经多次试验确定加工工艺参数的现实问题,提出了电解加工过程的模拟仿真,制定了仿真的总体方案,对仿真过程的方法进行了深入的探讨;利用过程离散方法和递推计算方法实现了电解加工全过程的仿真计算,采用移动阳极边界控制点的方法实现阳极溶解过程的模拟。
In this paper, aim at the actuality of current electrochemical machining( ECM ) of long preparative period and lots of experiments to obtain the technical parameter, the simulation of ECM process is put forward. Collectivity project of simulation is set down. And the method of simulation process is discussed home. Furthermore the simulation calculation of whole ECM process is realized using the method of process disperse and recursive calculation. The simulation of anodic dissolve is also realized moving and controlling anodic boundary point.
