摘要
为了深入研究液压阀的阀芯在运动过程中流场特性,通过自定义函数(UDF)和VC++语言编程实现阀芯给定的运动规律,采用拉格朗日—欧拉法(ALE法)和动态网格新方法进行计算,给出阀芯运动在不同时刻的瞬态流场。通过可视化分析可更清楚全面地反映阀芯运动时内部的复杂流场变化情况,从机理上分析阀内部流场和能量损失关系,为流道结构优化设计提供了更充分的理论依据。
To study further on the property of the valve, the flow field inside the poppet valve is simulated by using ALE and dynamic mesh method, and the valve body velocity and pressure field have been given out. It can more clearly reflect the spool movement within the complex flow through the visualized analysis, the valve interior flow field and the energy loss have been analyzed, and more theory basis has been provided for the flow channel structure optimization design.
