摘要
应用积分法求出圆锥变截面简支梁的变形挠曲线方程,通过C语言编程计算出最大变形量。合理选择工艺参数后,分析计算加工误差,应用宏程序对变量的处理功能进行适时的动态补偿,以解决长锥轴的切削变形问题,保证加工精度。
The paper deduces an equation of deflective skew curve for simply supported beam of taper variable cross - section by integral calculus, and calculates the maximum deflection by applying of the C programming language. The paper analyzes and calculates the machining errors based on reasonable selecting the technological parameters, then lends timely dynamic compensation by macro -program with processing function of variable, thus assure the machining precision.
