摘要
以三油楔固定瓦滑动轴承为研究对象,通过数值模拟研究,探讨了油膜涡动角度和涡动半径对轴承静、动特性及稳定性的影响规律,并得出了一系列关于油膜涡动的涡动角度和涡动半径对三油楔滑动轴承静、动特性影响的规律性曲线。结果表明,油膜涡动角度的变化对三油楔固定瓦滑动轴承的静、动特性和稳定性将产生很大的影响,且这种影响随油膜涡动半径增大而增大。
Taking journal beating with three fixing- lobes as the research subject, the influences of oil -film whirl angle and whirl radius on the characteristics of journal bearing, such as static and dynamic characteristics and stability, are investigated through numerical simulation. A series of curves of the influences of the whirl angle and radius on the static and dynamic characteristics of journal beating are obtained. The results show that the change of oil - film whirl angle makes the characteristics of journal bearing change greatly, and the more the whirl radius is, the more the influence is.
