HPLC测定胃肠康胶囊中芍药苷、木香烃内酯、去氢木香内酯、橙皮苷及升麻苷的含量

Determination of paeoniflorin,costunolide,dehydro-α-curcumene,hesperidin and cimicifugoside in Weichangkang Capsules by HPLC

目的：建立胃肠康胶囊（白芍、木香、防风等）的含量测定方法。方法：采用高效液相色谱法在同一色谱条件（色谱柱：phenomenex Luna 5μ C18（2）100A，流动相：乙腈-水梯度洗脱，流速：0．8mL／min，柱温：30℃）下对制剂中芍药苷、木香烃内酯、去氢木香内酯、橙皮苷、升麻苷进行定量测定。结果：木香烃内酯在0．102～2．04μg范围内线性关系良好，r=0．9999，平均回收率101.43％，RSD=0．87％；去氢木香内酯在0．0991～1．982μg范围内线性关系良好，r=0．9999，平均回收率100．46％，RSD=1．34％；芍药苷在0．15～3．0μg范围内线性关系良好，r=0．9999，平均回收率100．14％，RSD=1．19％；橙皮苷在0．948～1．896μg范围内线性关系良好，r=0．9999，平均回收率101．09％，RSD=1．72％；升麻苷在0．0932～1．864μg范围内线性关系良好，r=0．9999，平均回收率99．98％，RSD=1．14％。结论：所建立的方法可在同一色谱条件下检测出5个成分，可用于该制剂的质量控制。

AIM： To establish the quantitative method of determing the contents in Weichangkang Capsules （Radix Paeoniae Alba, Radix Aucklandiae, Radix Saposhnikoviae, etc. ）. METHODS ： Paeoniflorin, costunolide, dehydro-α-curcumene, hesperidin, cimicifugoside were determined by HPLC in the same chromatographic condition （ Column ： phenomenex Luna 5μ C18 （ 2 ） 100A ; mobile phase ： acetonitrile-water gradieat elution ; flow rate ：0.8 mL/ min：column temperature：at 30℃）. RESULTS： Costunolide showed a good linear relationship at the range of 0. 102-2.04 μg, r = 0. 999 9, the average recovery was 101.43% and RSD was 0.87%. Dehydro-α-curcumene showed a good linear relationship at the range of 0. 099 1-1. 982 μg, r = 0. 999 9, the average recovery was 100.46% and RSD was 1.34%. Paeoniflorin showed a good linear relationship at the range of 0. 15-3.0 μg, r = 0.999 9 ,the average recovery was 100.14% and RSD was 1.19%. Hesperidin showed a good linear relationship at a range of 0.094 8 - 1. 896 μg,r =0. 999 9 ,the average recovery was 101.09% and RSD was 1.72%. Cimicifugo-side showed a good linear relationship at the range of 0. 093 2-1. 864 μg, r = 0. 999 9, the average recovery was 99.98% and RSD was 1.14%. CONCLUSION ： The established method can provide content derermination of 5 ingriedents at the same test condition and be used for the quality control of Weichangkang Capsules.
