机体内环境紊乱对小儿脓毒性脑病发生发展的影响 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨机体代谢异常和脏器功能改变对小儿脓毒性脑病发生发展的影响。方法回顾性分析44例PICU住院治疗的脓毒性脑病患儿的相关临床资料和血液生化、尿素氮、肌酐、胆红素及凝血功能试验等检测结果。结果①早期脓毒性脑病组与晚期脓毒性脑病组比较,低氧血症例数差异有显著性(P<0.05),发生血糖紊乱、酸中毒、低钙血症、氨质血症、凝血功能障碍及高热等异常病例数构成比、晚期脑病组亦高于早期脑病组,但差异均无显著性(P>0.05)。②存活组与死亡组比较,高血糖和体温不升病例数差异有显著性(均P<0.05),低血糖、低钙血症和低白蛋白血症例病数差异非常有显著性(均P<0.01)。结论机体代谢异常和脏器功能改变等机体内环境紊乱,尤其是由血糖、血钙和白蛋白代谢异常及低氧血症等,可能对小儿脓毒性脑病的发生发展有一定影响,且可能在预测小儿脓毒性脑病的预后方面有一定作用。
