健脾和胃兼消导法治疗小儿厌食症40例临床观察

Clinical Observation on the Treatment of 40 Infantile Anorexia Patients by the Method of "Invigorating Spleenand Stomach with Promoting Digestion to Relieve Food Retention"

目的:观察健脾和胃兼消导法治疗小儿厌食症的疗效。方法:将105例厌食患儿随机分为3组,其中治疗组40例,以健脾和胃兼消导法拟中药内服;针刺组25例,以快针点刺四缝穴,2日1次;针药并施组40例,以中药内服配合针刺四缝穴,1周为1疗程,共2个疗程。结果:治疗组总有效率为97.5%,针刺组总有效率为88%,针药并施组总有效率为97.5%;治疗组与针刺组有显著性差异(P<0.05);针刺组与针药并施组有显著性差异(P<0.05);治疗组与针药并施组无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论:健脾和胃兼消导法治疗小儿厌食症有一定的疗效。

Objective:To observe the effects of the treatment of infantile anorexia patients by the method of 'invigorating spleen and stomach with promoting digestion to relieve food retention'.Methods:105 children patients were divided into three groups at random sampling.40 patients in the test group were given to medicinal herbs for oral administration by the method of 'invigorating spleen and stomach with promoting digestion to relieve food retention'.25 patients in an acupuncture group were given in Sifeng by quick pricking method once two days.Other 40 patients in an oral administration-acupuncture group were given to the medicinal herbs for oral administration and Sifeng by quick pricking method.One week is a course of treatment.The treatments lasted two weeks.Results:The rate of total effectiveness of the test group was 97.5%,the rate of the acupuncture group was 88%,and the rate of the oral administration-acupuncture group was 97.5%.The difference of the test group and the acupuncture group has significance(P<0.05).The difference of the acupuncture group and the oral administration-acupuncture group had significance(P<0.05).The difference of the test group and the oral administration-acupuncture group had no significance(P>0.05).Conclusion:The method of 'invigorating spleen and stomach with promoting digestion to relieve food retention' has a obvious effect on the infantile anorexia patients.
