摘要
以井下实际地质特征来确定和控制井眼轨迹的地质导向钻井技术是近年来国内外发展起来的前沿钻井技术之一。通过理论研究、仪器研制和软件研发,胜利钻井院自行研制出了具有自主知识产权的新型MWD、随钻自然伽马测量仪、随钻电阻率测量仪以及国内第一个移动式随钻自然伽马测井标准刻度装置,形成了地质导向双参数LWD仪器设计制造技术和地质导向钻井工艺配套技术。80余口井的应用实践表明,利用自行研发的地质导向钻井配套技术成功地实施了地质导向钻井,开发的最小有效油层厚度已缩短到0.8m,水平段井眼轨迹的平均油层有效延伸率达94%以上,将井眼轨迹控制标准由原来几何导向的"工程中靶"提升为"地质中靶",降低了因地质目标不确定性而带来的钻探风险,为薄油层、厚油层顶部剩余油等复杂油气藏开发提供了技术支撑。同时,简要介绍了胜利油田水平井地质导向钻井技术现状以及认识与体会。
Geosteering drilling technology is one of the most advanced drilling techniques in recent years.By theoretical research,instrument and software development,Shengli Drilling Technology Research Institute had developed new types of positive pulse MWD tool,gamma ray while drilling tool,resistivity measuring while drilling and the first mobile gamma ray logging master scale device with its own intellectual property,and formed double-parameter LWD design and manufacture technique and corresponding geo-steering drilling technology.The geo-steering drilling system had been successfully used in more than 80 wells,of which,the thinnest reservoir developed was less than 0.8 meter and the average efficient extensibility in reservoir was more than 94%.The technology would advance well path control's aim from geometry target to geology target,decrease drilling risk caused by the uncertainty of geology target and provided technical support for developing thin reservoir and remaining oil in the upper section of thick reservoir.Finally,the paper presented the status quo and experiences of horizontal geo-steering drilling technology in Shengli Oilfield.
