大钻压防斜技术在乌-夏断裂带新实践 被引量:1

摘要 大钻压动力防斜技术增加钻压引起钻柱屈曲,保特钻柱涡动,有井斜时使钻柱产生周期性变化的轴向附加力,无井斜时轴向附加力消失,克服了传统防斜技术中吊打的缺点,提高了钻井速度,达到了解放钻压的目的。大钻压动力防斜技术先后在新疆油田乌-夏断裂带乌-35、乌-36、乌-37井进行了实践取得了较好的降斜、防斜打直效果并对几口实验井进行了效果对比分析。 Under the condition of poor effect of surmounting 'statics with pitch-resistant',domestic scholar have made new concept —deviation control with high WOB.New pitch-resistant theory is known that increasing WOB can arouse drill string buckling,keep drill string eddy,when the well is oblique,it can make drill string produce the axial secondary force,if without borehole deviation,axial additional power disappears.Axial additional force increases a periodicity additional weight to bit and the contact of layer,and change direction and the broken rock speed of bit.So the axial additional force can control borehole deviation and well straightening.Deviation control with high WOB drilling technology has surmounted the shortcoming of traditional drilling technology.It improves the drilling speed.This technique was applied in the well Wu-35,the well Wu-36,the well Wu-37 of Wu-Xia fracture belt in Xinjiang oilfield,and obtained good deviation control effect.
