摘要
传统水力压裂应用于水平井改造增产效果并不理想,经常最多产生两个主要裂缝区,而且位置也不确定。水力喷射压裂是一种利用水射流独特性质的储层改造新技术。该技术结合了水力射孔和水力压裂技术,能够沿着水平井横向在多个位置独立连续压裂改造而不使用任何机械密封装置。文章阐述了该技术的原理和工艺过程,介绍了其主要技术特点,分析了影响该工艺的关键因素,指出了该技术的局限性以及我国应用该技术的难度,最后表明射流参数优化是该技术一个重要方面,应该成为今后的一个研究重点。
In horizontal wells,the increase production effect is disappointing by using conventional waterfrac treatment and two dominant fractured zones are created.Hydrajet fracturing(HJF) technique is a relatively new stimulation process that takes advantage of the unique characteristics of jet flow.This technique combines hydraulic perforating and hydraulic fracturing technologies to perform separate,sequential fracture stimulations in horizontal laterals at multiple locations without the need for mechanical sealing devices.The paper firstly described the technique about its current situation,principles and processes,introduced technical characteristics and then analyzed the influencing factors of the technique,pointed the limitations and difficulties of using the technique in China.At last,the paper indicated that jet parameter optimization was an important part for this technique and should become the chief research aspect for the future.
