摘要
随着油气井开发进入中后期,地层压力下降,在低压油井的修井作业中压井液常常漏失污染储层。为了减少压井液对地层的伤害,研究开发了WD-1型压井液,该压井液是一种低密度、无固相、低伤害压井液,密度在0.99~1.01g/cm3,现场配制工艺简便宜行,适用于低压油井的各种措施作业中的压井。文章介绍了该压井液的防膨性、破乳性、缓蚀性、粘稳性、与储层流体的配伍性等,考察了该压井液对岩心伤害率及现场应用效果,证实该压井液性能稳定,粘稳性好,在吐哈低压油井的压井作业中,效果良好,对地层伤害小,有利于低压油井修井作业后的产量恢复。
With the development of wells come into the late stage,the formation pressure declined.The kill fluids tend to leak and contaminate the formation in the low pressure wells while workover.The WD-1 kill fluid has been developed in order to reduce the damage of kill fluid to the formation.This kill fluid is a low density,non-solid phase,and low-damage kill fluid,and its density is 0.99-0.1 g/m3.It can be applied for various killing operations in low pressure wells.This article introduced the clay anti-dilatability,the demulsibility,corrosion mitigation performance,the clay-stabilization and the compatibility with liquids of the kill fluid,and analyzed the damage rate of the kill fluid to the core and field application effect.The application results showed that this fluid had good performance and clay-stabilization and killing well effect was better in the low pressure wells of TUHA oilfield with lower damage to the formation,and it is favorable to restore the production of the low pressure wells after workover.
