租船经纪人作为国际租船市场上不可或缺的主体之一,从租约的订立、租约的履行到租约争议的解决,都发挥着极其重要的作用。由于我国相关法律法规尚不健全,加之我国租船经纪业历史尚短,我国租船市场还不成熟。从我国租船市场现状出发,分析和探讨了我国租船经纪人的法律地位。

As an indispensable party in the international charter market, chartered shipbrokers play an extremely important role in charter party＇ s conclusion, performance and dispute solution. Because the relevant laws and regulations of China are still imperfect, together with the short history of China＇ s charter broking business, Chinese charter market is still unripe. This paper, based on the current situation of Chinese charter market, analyzes the legal status of chartered shipbrokers in China.
