摘要
目的:探讨巨噬细胞炎症蛋白2(MIP-2)、白介素10(IL-10)在脂多糖(LPS)致大鼠脑水肿发病过程中的表达及意义。方法:SD大鼠56只,随机分为2组。对照组(NS组)28只,0.2ml生理盐水颈内动脉注射;脂多糖组(LPS组)28只,颈内动脉注射LPS200μg。于注射后4h、6h、12h、24h分别测定2组大鼠脑组织含水量、MIP-2、IL-10、伊文思蓝(EB)的含量。结果:LPS组不同时间点脑组织含水量、EB含量、MIP-2和IL-10的含量显著高于NS组(P<0.05)。LPS组脑组织含水量和EB含量、IL-10含量呈正相关(r=0.743,0.467,P<0.05),IL-10含量与MIP-2含量呈正相关(r=0.619,P<0.05)。结论:在内毒素致中枢神经系统炎症中,MIP-2、IL-10表达量增高,2者参与脑水肿的发生发展。
Aim : To explore the expression and significance of macrophage inflammatory protein 2(MIP-2) and inter- leukin 10(IL-10) in the brain edema induced by lioposacchride (LPS) in rats. Methods:A total of 56 SD rats were randomly allocated into two groups :normal saline group( NS group, n = 28) ,0.2 mL normal saline was injected via carotid for each rat;LPS group (LPS group, n = 28) , the 200 μg LPS was injected via carotid for each rat. The content of water in brain, levels of MIP-2,IL-10 and even blue(EB) in brain tissue of two groups were determined at different time point. Results: The content of water in brain and EB, MIP-2, and IL-10 in LPS group were significantly higher than those in NS group(P 〈0.05 ). In LPS group, water content was positively correlated with EB and IL-10 (r = 0. 743,0. 467, P 〈 0.05) ;IL-10 content and MIP-2 content were positively correlated (r = 0. 619, P 〈 0. 05 ). Conclusion: During the inflammation of central nervous system,the expressions of MIP-2 and IL-10 increase and participate in the onset and development of brain edema.
