摘要
目的:测定雀儿舌头中多糖的含量。方法:根据苯酚-硫酸试剂可与游离的寡糖、多糖中的己糖、戊糖及其糖醛和糠醛酸起显色反应,采用紫外分光光度法测定雀儿舌头中多糖的含量。结果:该法的线性范围为40~320μg,r=0.9977,平均回收率为102.5%,RSD为1.48%。结论:该法简便、快速、准确、重现性好,可作为雀儿舌头中多糖含量的测定方法。
Aim: To determine the content of the deoxidize sugar in Leptopus Chinensis (Bunge) Pojark. Methods: The content of the deoxidize sugar in Leptopus Chinensis (Bunge) Pojark was determined using sulfuric acid-carbolic acid method. Results: The linear range was 40 -320 μg (r = 0. 997 7). The average recovery rate was 102.5%. RSD was 1.48%. Conclusion: This method is simple, quick,accurate and reproducible, thus can be used for determining the content of the deoxidize sugar in Leptopus Chinensis (Bunge) Pojark.
