雀儿舌头中多糖含量测定

Determination of the content of the deoxidize sugar in Leptopus Chinensis (Bunge) Pojark

目的：测定雀儿舌头中多糖的含量。方法：根据苯酚-硫酸试剂可与游离的寡糖、多糖中的己糖、戊糖及其糖醛和糠醛酸起显色反应，采用紫外分光光度法测定雀儿舌头中多糖的含量。结果：该法的线性范围为40～320μg，r=0．9977，平均回收率为102．5％，RSD为1．48％。结论：该法简便、快速、准确、重现性好，可作为雀儿舌头中多糖含量的测定方法。

Aim： To determine the content of the deoxidize sugar in Leptopus Chinensis （Bunge） Pojark. Methods： The content of the deoxidize sugar in Leptopus Chinensis （Bunge） Pojark was determined using sulfuric acid-carbolic acid method. Results： The linear range was 40 -320 μg （r = 0. 997 7）. The average recovery rate was 102.5%. RSD was 1.48%. Conclusion： This method is simple, quick,accurate and reproducible, thus can be used for determining the content of the deoxidize sugar in Leptopus Chinensis （Bunge） Pojark.
