大肠癌组织中组织蛋白酶L的表达

Expression of cathepsin L in colorectal cancer tissue

目的:检测人大肠癌组织中组织蛋白酶L(CL)的表达。方法:应用原位杂交和免疫组化SP法检测45例大肠癌组织及癌旁正常组织中CL mRNA及蛋白的表达。结果:正常大肠黏膜CL mRNA及蛋白阳性表达率分别为15.6%和24.4%,均低于相应癌组织(77.8%,82.2%,P均<0.01)。大肠癌组织中CL mRNA及蛋白的表达与大肠癌的分化和分期有关。结论:人大肠癌组织中CL mRNA及其蛋白均呈高表达,CL与大肠癌的发生、发展有关。

Aim： To detect the expression of cathepsin L（CL） in human colorectal cancer tissue. Methods：The expression of CL was determined by immunohistochemitry and in situ hybridization in 45 cases of colorectal carcinoma tissue and matched adjacent normal mucosa. Results： The positive expression rate of CL mRNA and protein was 15.6% and 24.4% in normal mucosa, lower than those in carcinoma tissue （77.8% ,82.2% ） , P 〈 0.01. The expression of CL mRNA and protein was correlated with differentiation and staging of colorectal cancer. Conclusion：The expression of CL mRNA and protein in human colorectal cancer tissue shows an obvious increase. CL is related to occurrence and development of colorectal cancer.
