摘要
目的:检测人大肠癌组织中组织蛋白酶L(CL)的表达。方法:应用原位杂交和免疫组化SP法检测45例大肠癌组织及癌旁正常组织中CL mRNA及蛋白的表达。结果:正常大肠黏膜CL mRNA及蛋白阳性表达率分别为15.6%和24.4%,均低于相应癌组织(77.8%,82.2%,P均<0.01)。大肠癌组织中CL mRNA及蛋白的表达与大肠癌的分化和分期有关。结论:人大肠癌组织中CL mRNA及其蛋白均呈高表达,CL与大肠癌的发生、发展有关。
Aim: To detect the expression of cathepsin L(CL) in human colorectal cancer tissue. Methods:The expression of CL was determined by immunohistochemitry and in situ hybridization in 45 cases of colorectal carcinoma tissue and matched adjacent normal mucosa. Results: The positive expression rate of CL mRNA and protein was 15.6% and 24.4% in normal mucosa, lower than those in carcinoma tissue (77.8% ,82.2% ) , P 〈 0.01. The expression of CL mRNA and protein was correlated with differentiation and staging of colorectal cancer. Conclusion:The expression of CL mRNA and protein in human colorectal cancer tissue shows an obvious increase. CL is related to occurrence and development of colorectal cancer.
