转录因子Sp1与肝纤维化发生关系的研究现状

摘要 转录因子Sp1与肝纤维化发生的关系日益受到人们的关注,Sp1可以通过调控多种致纤维化因子或抗纤维化因子的基因转录,从而影响肝纤维化的发生和发展,Sp1还明显影响肝星状细胞的活化和增殖。本文对Sp1在肝纤维化中的作用作一综述。
