职工健康体检高血脂与脂肪肝、高血压及肝功异常的关系分析

目的了解企业104670名职工高血脂、肝功异常、高血压及无症状脂肪肝等疾病患病情况，研究年龄及高血脂对高血压、肝功异常、脂肪肝患病情况的影响；获取有关健康的重要信息，提高职工对自身疾病的知晓率、治疗率、控制率。方法检测104670名职工空腹时的血脂、肝功，并检查脂肪肝及高血压患病情况；分析高血脂组与正常血脂组在高血压、肝功异常、脂肪肝等方面的差异。结果高血脂、高血压、肝功异常、脂肪肝等疾病患病率呈现随着年龄增长上升，其中45~60岁年龄段的发病率最高，疾病与年龄之间呈正相关，即随着年龄增长疾病发生率增加，差异具有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；高血脂组的高血压、肝功异常、脂肪肝患病情况高于正常血脂组，且差异具有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论年龄增长是患高血脂、高血压、肝功异常、脂肪肝等疾病的危险因素之一，高血脂可增加高血压、肝功异常、脂肪肝等疾病的风险。
