Investigation on the compliance of anticoagulant therapy for patients undergoing cardiac valve replacement

目的了解心脏瓣膜置换术后患者对抗凝治疗的依从性。方法采用一般资料调查表、治疗依从性调查表及健康知识水平调查表对80例瓣膜置换术后半年以上的患者进行调查。结果心脏瓣膜置换术后患者对抗凝治疗依从性得分为服药依从性最高,影响依从性的因素有患者的健康知识水平、性别、术后时间。结论患者的抗凝治疗依从性影响治疗效果,护士应关注患者的治疗依从性,有针对性地采取护理措施。

Objective To study the compliance of anticoagulant therapy for patients after cardiac valve replacement. Methods Investigate 88 patients after cardiac valve replacement for more than half a year by common data questionnaire, compliance of treatment questionnaire and level of health knowledge questionnaire. Results The highest score of the compliance of anticoagulant therapy for patients after cardiac valve replacement is the compliance of taking medicine. Patients＇ level of health knowledge, gender and discharge time all affect the compliance of treatment, Conclusion Patients＇ compliance of anticoagulant therapy influences the effect. Nurses should pay attention to patients＇ compliance of treatment and take nursing measures correspondingly.
