摘要
我国现有14周岁以儿童占人口总数的30％，儿科疾病占所有疾病就诊人数的20％，不合理用药占用药者的12％-32％，不良反应（ADR）的发生率高于成人的6．9％，新生儿ADR的发生率高达24．4％，每年约有3万儿童因不合理用药而导致耳聋及其它不良反应，约有70％的聋哑儿童是因不合理用药所导致。小儿合理用药应引起足够的重视，现结合国内外文献就如何安全、合理使用儿科药物作一探讨。
World Health Organization investigates that one third of global patients are died of the medicine unreasonable application but not the disease itself. This phenomenon that the medicine unreasonable application is also rather serious in our country. It is about 12% to 32% of the total amount of medicine application. We have about 400millon children under 14 years old,but every year about 30,000 children that use medi- cine unreasonably become deaf or have other adverse reactions. With the literature of the medicine from domestic and abroad. So the writer will dicuss about the reasonable application of the pediatric medicine.
