摘要
目的探讨和分析妊娠期高血压疾病并发HELLP综合征的诊断、治疗及预后。方法对我院近年来妊娠期高血压疾病并发HELLP综合征12例患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果HELLP综合征在妊娠期高血压疾病患者中的发病率为8．3％，参考Sibai的诊断标准，Ⅰ型HELLP综合征7例，Ⅱ型HELLP综合征5例。治疗方法为在严密监护母儿情况下积极治疗妊娠期高血压疾病，早期使用糖皮质激素，尽快终止妊娠。结论早期诊断、综合性治疗、适时适式终止妊娠，可改善HELLP综合征患者的预后。
Objective To investigate and analyze gestational hypertension complicated by HELLP syndrome disease diagnosis, treatment and prognosis. Method In recent years our hospital with gestational hypertension disease HELLP syndrome 12 cases of patients with the clinical data were analyzed retrospectively. Results HELLP syndrome in patients with gestational hypertension disease incidence rate of 8.3%, the diagnostic reference standard Sibai, type Ⅰ HELLP syndrome seven cases, type Ⅱ HELLP syndrome five cases. Treatment for mothers and infants in intensive care under active treatment of gestational hypertension disease, early use of glucocorticoids, as soon as possible termination of pregnancy. Conclusion The early diagnosis and comprehensive treatment, timely termination of pregnancy, can improve the prognosis of patients with HELLP syndrome.
